If you know what niche you are working in, you know exactly who you customer is and you create content, products or services that fix their pain points. Here are four questions to help you find the market niche that you should focus on. 

  1. What is your circle of competence?
  2. Are you scratching your own itch?
  3. How can I become an authority in that niche?
  4. Am I positioning myself as the guide or the hero? 

Don’t overcomplicate your business. Find a niche, identify the problem or pain points, provide the solution (product or service) and e the guide the on their hero’s journey.
