Today’s solo episode is based on feedback from a few recent episodes on building mental strength and getting sh*t done whether you feel like it or not.

decide our future”​

  1. Pursue your passion (either in work or personal life or both)

  1. Start a gratitude journal (rewire your brain)

  1. Become your own best friend (don’t let your biggest enemy live 

between your two ears) 

  1. Get more sleep (or higher quality sleep)

  1. Disconnect from technology (one day a week digital detox)

  1. Spend time with a good book, meditate or exercise (switch your 

brain off!)  

7.Learn to let go (hating someone is like drinking poison and 

expecting the other person to die)  

8.Commit to your goals (ask, believe, receive and work. Don’t adjust 

the goals, adjust the action steps or the time period)
