Yes, 6 weeks coaching in a small group directly with Brian.
Is it a one size fits all nutrition plan or will Brian help me with the food side of things?
There are 3 options for nutrition. Follow the plan exactly as is, mix and match in recipes from the BKF recipe book provided or build the food choices yourself with the macro and calories provided. Brian will help you on all three options depending on what works best for you.
I’m a fussy eater, can the program work for me?
Yes, once your official start date begins, you will be working directly with Brian to find what nutritional approach works best for you.
Can I do the program at home?
Yes. There is a home program with weights or a bodyweight only option too.
My start date isn’t for another few weeks, do I have to wait until then to begin?
No. After you sign up you will receive full access to everything. It’s just the coaching and tracking with Brian doesn’t begin until your start date.
