How does the plan work?

The plan will help you improve your fitness and transform your body, with workouts for all abilities and simple, tasty recipes.

When you sign up, you'll answer a few quick questions so we can tailor your plan to you.

Based on your current fitness level, you'll get a structured workout plan and a meal plan with portions tailored specifically to you and your goals.

Every week, there will be a Q+A directly with Brian to go through any questions you have about your plan and program. Can’t make the live call? No problem, you can send in your questions before hand and watch the video afterwards.

By combining effective workouts with the right nutrition, you'll be burning fat, building lean muscle and energising your body.

How will I be working out?

All of the home and gym workouts are between 45 and 60 minutes. The bodyweight HIITs are 20 minutes. They’re short but are intense and effective. You choose where you want to workout, all plans will have you burning fat and building muscle both during and after the workout, so you don't need to work out for hours.

We recommend completing 4-5 workouts a week, but all movement is good so do what you can to fit with your lifestyle.

Do I need any workout equipment?

For the bodyweight HIIT session, I recommend an exercise mat for your workouts as this will provide extra padding and grip. If using the home workout program, you will also need some adjustable dumbbells and a bench. For the gym program, you should have everything you need in any commercial gym.

What will I be eating?

Your favourite healthy foods, controlled portions, and tasty recipes!

There are three options for your nutrition.

Done for you

Don’t want to think about the food side of things? Great. Just follow your plan exactly as it is, all foods, calories and macros are calculated for you.

Who is this option for?

This is perfect if you want to guarantee your results and don’t want to think too much about what, how or where to eat. Just plug it straight into your life on day 1.

Food freedom

Need some more food freedom? No problem. Just pick any breakfast, lunch or dinner option from your recipe program. Add in some of the snack option, and you are good to go.

Who is this option for?

If you’re a ‘foodie’ or you just don’t like tracking calories or macros, then this is the perfect option for you.

Tracker

Do you like to track your calories and macros? Or maybe you’re just a fussy eater (like me), then this is the option for you. Just take your daily calories and macros from your designated plan, put them into your preferred food tracking app and pick your own favourite options to fit the program.

Who is this for?

If you have good nutritionall knowledge and like to build things out for yourself, this could be a great option for you.

What results can I expect?

The results you can expect will depend on your goal and how closely you're following the plan.

The programme is designed to help you improve your fitness, burn fat and build lean muscle, but this lifestyle change can also have a big impact on your energy, happiness and overall health.

All I have to say is positive things about this programme. I loved the format, having a group of people to chat to and share ideas with and learn from.
