  1. Make sure your training and nutrition is geared towards your goals
  2. Set a goal, target, date to work towards
  3. If fat loss is the goal, add in finishers instead of normal cardio to push past plateaus
  4. Try cycling your carbs (low, medium and high days)
  5. Use these fat burning supplements (if needed)
