Why The Customer Is NOT Always Right!

In today’s podcast, I’m going to challenge the belief that ‘the customer is always right’. 

For me, I don’t believe this to be true. However, its possibly not for the reasons you would expect. 

These are all the approaches I take in my business so hopefully you find them valuable as well. 

1.  Right customer, wrong fit (you’re not pre qualifying the right people) 06:57 
2. Moany Mark or Moody Margaret – people who project their sh*t on to you and how to deal with them. 16:48 
3. You didn’t give them the ownership at the start and now they blame you for a lack of results.  22:24 
4. Your marketing and pricing is misaligned with the potential customer. The people who don’t value your service or product. 27:13
